We at TrademarkLogo.com Limited are committed to maintaining and protecting your privacy on the Internet. We will explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you to allow you to use our services. The personal information will be used to process orders and to provide a more personalized trademark/logo design, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications and post-registration trade mark services.
TrademarkLogo.com (the "Site") is not intended for use by persons under the age of thirteen. Individuals who are under the age of thirteen are expressly prohibited from submitting to the Site any personally identifiable information about themselves.

D. Customers' Personal Data Held by the Company
1. Preliminary Advice
In order to provide you with our Preliminary Advice, you must first complete the information sheet wherein you are required to give your contact information (such as your name, company name, email address and the like).
2. Order Form
The Company requests your information on our order form. Here you must provide contact information (such as your name, your organization's name etc) and financial information (such as your credit card number, expiration date and the like) if payment is to be made via credit card. All credit card information will be encrypted. The information in the Order Form will be used to follow up on your orders and for billing purposes. Upon receipt of your order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you.
3. Contracting out to third parties
The Company may partner with third parties to provide certain specific services. When you sign up for these services, we may be required to pass on your information to the third parties who are to provide these services. We shall use our best endeavors to ensure that these parties will not use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

If a customer or user elects to use our referral service to inform a friend about the Site, the Company will request for the friend's name and email address. The Company will automatically send the friend an email inviting him/her to visit the Site and add his/her name to the Company's mailing list.
