- Trademarklogo.com Ltd. does not guarantee that all trademark applications filed by us will be successful and in the event of any unsuccessful applications, Trademarklogo.com Ltd shall waive the collection of 50% of the agreed fees from the User.
- An User gains access and uses the contents, materials and services provided by the site at his own risk. Trademarklogo.com Ltd does not accept any responsibility for loss of any nature arising from the use of the same.
- Trademarklogo.com Ltd does not assume any liabilities arising from the use of the contents, materials and services provided by the site. In the event such liabilities are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to exist, then it is an express term and condition of this agreement that the total liability of the Company arising from any claim of whatsoever nature shall be limited to an amount not exceeding two times the sum total of the fees the User may have paid to the Company. If no such payment has been made, then, Trademarklogo.com Ltd shall assume no liability of any nature.
- Trademarklogo.com Ltd agrees to abide by any secrecy laws in relation to information or materials supplied by the User and shall not disclose the same to any person without the prior consent of the User.
- The contents of this site are provided in English, Chinese, Italian, German, Japanese and Korean. Should there be any discrepancies between the different languages, the English version shall prevail.
- Trademarklogo.com Ltd reserves the right to vary the terms herein at any time without notice.
